Privacy notice
Notice under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Last updated: October 2026. In case of differences, the Italian version prevails.
1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected through this site is Nicolas Inzillo, who can be contacted at info@hophola.com.
2. What data we process
Browsing data. When you visit the site, the systems that serve it automatically record some technical data, such as IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser type and operating system. This is used only to run the site and protect it from abuse and attacks; it is not used to identify or profile you.
Data you send us by email. If you write to info@hophola.com we receive your email address, the name shown in your message and what you write, including any other data you choose to include.
3. Cookies and tracking
The site uses no cookies, technical or profiling, and no analytics or tracking tools, and it loads nothing from third-party servers (fonts and images are hosted on the site itself). The language is chosen from your browser setting, without saving anything on your device.
4. Why we process it and on what legal basis
- Running the site and keeping it secure (browsing data): the controller's legitimate interest in offering a working, protected site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Replying to your messages (data sent by email): handling your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing, newsletters or automated decisions, and we never sell it.
5. How long we keep it
Browsing data is kept by the service provider only as long as strictly needed for security and operation, usually a few days. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and then deleted, unless they are needed to protect a right in case of a dispute.
6. Who receives the data
The data is not published or passed on to third parties. It may be processed only by the technical providers that make the service possible, acting as data processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc., which serves the site and receives email sent to info@hophola.com to forward it to the controller's mailbox;
- the provider of the controller's mailbox, where messages are delivered.
7. Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare may also process data on servers outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which Cloudflare has joined, and on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Your rights
At any time you can ask the controller to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format (portability) and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15-22 GDPR). Just write to info@hophola.com: we will reply within one month.
If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of the country where you live or work.
9. Do you have to provide data?
You do not have to provide any data to browse the site. Writing to us is optional, but without an email address we could not reply.
10. HopHola app
This notice covers only the hophola.com site. Data processing inside the app is described in the notice available in the app itself.
11. Changes
This notice may be updated, for example if the services used by the site change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
